I value honesty above all else. I don't lie and expect the same in return. I am open-minded, politically left, creative and intelligent, protective (when necessary), blunt and honest, caring, ethical, and confident.
I have a black labrador retriever named Kira who I raised from a puppy and love more than anything. I enjoy dancing and going to clubs with friends, but generally am more comfortable in a one-on-one environment.
From the civil rights work I do within Boston's queer community, I have many close friends who are gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender. It is important to me that the people in my life are open minded. I don't discriminate against anyone for who or what they are, and have little patience for those who do. That doesn't mean I won't poke fun at any group of people for the hell of it. Don't take yourselves too seriously.
